Q1.Can I rent a baby stroller?

A1. Please rent a baby stroller at Entrance 1 and 2. You are required to make a security deposit of 1,000 yen, and 500 yen will be returned upon returning it. Please understand that the number of baby strollers is limited.

Q2.How do I make a group reservation?

A2.Please make a reservation on the Internet(Japanese)

Q3.Are there baggage lockers available?

A3.We have baggage lockers available at Entrance 1 and 2, Food Stadium, Thomas Land, and a number of places throughout the park.

Q4.Are there any facilities for the handicapped?

A4.We have 10 amusement rides for the handicapped. Guardians must be accompanied.

Q5.Where is the General Information Center?

A5.The General Information Center is the building with a steepled rooftop next to the merry-go-round.

Q6.Are groups allowed without a group reservation?

A6.Please purchase your tickets at the Reception booth for groups on the left side of SHOP FUJIYAMA, across from Entrance 1.

Q7.Are there accommodations at the park?

A7.We don’t have any accommodation facilities at the park.

Q8.May I bring my own meal?

A8.Yes, but we don’t have any eating space for a large number of people at the park. Also, you are not allowed to have your own meal at the cafeteria.
