- There are Information center between the Merry-Go-Round and Tea Cups. Please visit one if you lose something, get lost, etc.
- Public Telephones
- There are public telephones located near SHOP FUJIYAMA and Varieties near the first park entrance. International telephone service is not available.
- Credit Cards
- Credit cards are accepted at the park entrance and at some shops.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Saison Card, UC Card, DC Card, UFJ Card, NICOS Card, TS3 Card, iD, Quicray, and UnionPay Card.
- Coin Lockers
- There are coin lockers located in different areas of the park such as near the first park entrance, near the second park entrance, near Food Stadium, in Thomas Land, etc. Approx. 700 different lockers available.
※The coin lockers can only be used during the day of your visit. No refunds given. They can only be used once per time.
- Delivery Service
- There are no delivery services available.
- Parking
- Space for approx. 5000 vehicles. Regular cars: 1000 yen/day; buses, minibuses, and large trucks: 2000 yen/day; motorcycles: free.
- ATM
- There are ATMs located near SHOP FUJIYAMA by the first park entrance. Some ATMs also accept cards issued overseas. (VISA, PLUS, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay, DISCOVER, DinersClub Card)
※The use of some cards may incur extra fees depending on the card issuer. Some cards may not work even if labeled with labels from the one of these same companies.
- Currency Exchange
- Not available inside the park.
- Smoking
- We ask that you only smoke in areas with ashtrays. Restaurants, shops, and lines for attractions are all non-smoking.
- Reentering the park
- Please show your ticket for the day at the gate when reentering the park after leaving.

- Where is Thomas Land?
- Thomas Land is one area of Fuji-Q Highland. It is located near the ferris wheel.
- Restaurants
- There is a Japanese-style restaurant located at Food Stadium and a restaurant area for large groups available on the second floor of the Restaurant ZABOON near the second park entrance. (Reservations required)
- Internet Service
- There is no Internet service available at Fuji-Q Highland. There are three Internet-ready PCs available in the waiting room (open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) in the Express Bus Station located near the parking lot of the HIGHLAND RESORT Hotel & Spa. Usage costs 100 yen/ 15 min.
- Wheelchair-accessible Restrooms
- Available at the restrooms in Food Stadium, near the second park entrance, in Thomas Land, near the Mad House, etc.
- Wheelchair rental
- Wheelchairs can be rented at the first park entrance and the second park entrance.
Wheelchair rental costs 1000 yen, which includes insurance, with 500 yen being refunded when the wheelchair is returned.
There is a limit on the number available. Advanced reservations are not accepted.
- Diaper-changing tables/Nursing rooms
- A diaper-changing table is available inside each restroom in the park.
Nursing rooms are available inside K's Thomas Café inside Thomas Land and at the information center next to Food Stadium.
- Baby food, powdered milk, weaning food, and disposable diapers
- Disposable diapers can be purchased at eight different locations throughout the park, including at the shop by the front gate.
Baby food and powdered milk are not available inside the park.
- Stroller rental
- Strollers can be rented at the first park entrance and the second park entrance.
Stroller rental costs 1000 yen, which includes insurance, with 500 yen being refunded when the stroller is returned.
There is a limit on the number available. Advanced reservations are not accepted.
- Hot water for powdered milk
- Please ask a staff member at any restaurant or snack shop inside the park for assistance.
- Hotels
- The HIGHLAND RESORT Hotel & Spa, the official hotel for Fuji-Q Highland, is located next to the park. Persons staying at the hotel are granted free admission to Fuji-Q Highland and can also use Fujiyama Hot Spring free of charge.

- Are there any hot spring onsens near the park?
- There is a hot spring name Fujiyama Hot Spring located next to Fuji-Q Highland. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there from the park.
